DENNIS M. TAYLOR, Helena - Dennis is a retired city manager, long time Montana state government administrator, former deputy director of the Montana Department of Justice and chief of staff for Attorney General Joe Mazurek. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas, studied public administration at the University of Montana.  He served in the United State Marine Corps, is a Vietnam combat infantry veteran and a former VISTA volunteer.  He currently serves as the chair of the Cooperative Health Center, the president of the Lewis & Clark Library Foundation board of directors and the treasurer of the ACLU of Montana. CYNTHIA L. WOLKEN, Missoula – Cynthia is an attorney in private practice in Missoula and was recently appointed to serve on the Missoula City Commission.  Cynthia specializes in program and policy issues and works for various political and nonprofit organizations.  A 2005 graduate of the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Cynthia clerked with a Missouri state senator before working for Montana Legal Services representing battered immigrant women with petitions under the Violence Against Women Act.  Cynthia is the current chair of the Board of Directors of the Montana Human Rights Network and a member of the board of Working for Equality and Economic Liberation.  (Appointed February 2011) Email Cynthia at:

RONDA HOWLETT, Arlee – Ronda is a member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai tribes in Montana. She is employed with Arlee Joint Public School District 8J, and has been an elementary instructor there since 1996. Ronda attended the University of Montana as an undergraduate and returned to receive a graduate degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2000.  She served on the MEA/MFT Minority Affairs Committee from 2000-2003 and the Governor’s Family Health Advisory Board from 2007-2009.  (Appointed May 2013)  Email Ronda at:  

SHELLEY HAYES, MBA, CPC, Billings - Shelley is an Organizational Development Consultant in the Organizational Development department at Billings Clinic.  She is a Certified Professional Coach with a specialty in Leadership from the International Coach Academy and holds Master's degrees in Business Administration and Management.  Shelley provides coaching services, facilitates leadership courses and growth and development opportunities, as well as change management and organizational development efforts for Billings Clinic.  Her previous background and experience includes her role as the Executive Director of the Yellowstone AIDS Project, Corporate Trainer for EBMS, Inc., and Executive Coach and Not-for-Profit Organization Consultant.  (Appointed May 2013)  Email Shelley at:

SHERI K. SPRIGG, Helena - Sheri is an attorney licensed to practice law in Montana.  Now retired, she previously served 10 years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Montana Attorney General’s Office and 20 years as a diplomat with the U.S. Department of State.  She has also clerked for Justice Beth Baker of the Montana Supreme Court.  While with the State Department, Sheri held a number of management positions both in Washington and at U.S. embassies overseas, and also worked on a variety of international human rights issues.  She is a graduate of Kalamazoo College and Antioch School of Law.
