SESSION I - Development of Arbitration: Session will focus on the history of arbitration and development of labor and employment arbitration in the 20th and 21st centuries.
SESSION II - Developing a Theory: Session will focus on determining what you need to prove for a variety of cases, such as just cause, contract interpretation and credibility.
SESSION III - Preparation & Presentation: Session will focus on how to prove your case in such areas as witness selection and preparation, documentary and physical evidence, witness examination and objections, and opening and closing statements.
SESSION IV - Wrapping It Up: Session will focus on case studies, question and answer time, and the Top 10 ways to stink up an arbitration.
