Graphics/Email Request

Please use the form below when submitting print, graphics or email requests to be completed by the Employment Relations Division's Graphic Designer. 

  • Users must be logged in to access the Web Update Request Form.

  • Please be specific when providing the details of the project.

  • Project requests can be submitted no sooner than 4 days before the project due date.

  • All required fields must be complete for the form to process.

Once the request is submitted you will receive an email outlining important deadlines for the project to be completed as scheduled.

Web Update Request

Please use the form below when submitting update requests for the ERD website. 

  • Users must be logged in to access the Web Update Request Form.

  • Updates can either be completed by each bureau's assigned Content Editor or an ERD Web Administrator.

  • If the update requires documents to be uploaded, you must click the ERD Web Admin radio button in the "Who will be completing the update?" field, then four fields allowing for upload of any required documents (word, pdf, etc.) will be available.  If you have more than four documents, email ERD Webmaster with the additional documents.  Note: Screenshots may be included if necessary.

  • Copy and paste the URLs of the pages needing changes in the "Pages With Changes" field.  Separate each URL with a return.

  • Please be specific when listing instructions and be sure to indicate which documents are being replaced/deleted in the "Update Details" field.

  • All required fields must be complete for the form to process.

Once the request is received and completed, you will be notified by email of the date completed and who completed the update.  These update requests will be stored in a database.

About the Management Services Bureau

The Management Services Bureau provides an array of services to all Bureaus within the Employment Relation Division. Responsibilities for the Management Services Bureau include business process analysis, statistical analysis, budget development, fiscal and management analysis, administrative/clerical support as well as information technology planning, development, implementation and maintenance.

The Management Services Bureau responsibilities spread across a wide variety of service and regulation related to the state's wage and hour laws, labor relations laws, industrial safety laws, human rights laws, and workers' compensation laws that are divided into six bureaus within the Employment Relations Division: Human Rights, Labor Standards, Safety and Health, Workers' Compensation Claims Assistance, Workers' Compensation Regulation and Management Services.
