Interest Based Bargaining Training
Staff of the Board of Personnel Appeals offer training and facilitiation services related to interest based bargaining techniques. The participants training manual that follows provides an overview of the training that can be provided and is in a format that may be printed and handed out for group training. The PowerPoint presentation is available for download to be used in conjunction with the training manual.
