Labor-Management Advisory Council on Workers' Compensation Workplan
The project charter of the Labor-Management Advisory Council on Workers’ Compensation identifies four primary areas of focus for the council. These are:
- Safety Policy Review
- Medical Topics
- Return-to-Work Topics
- Settlement Topics
In addition, the Advisory Council may choose to examine additional policy areas. To date, these have included:
- Exemptions policy for workers’ compensation
- Alternatives to regulation of claims examiners
- Insurer financial results
The Advisory Council plans to address these topics according to this general schedule:
