NEW: In order to apply for a course, you must now become an approved course provider.  There is no charge for this new process and once you're approved, you don't have to re-apply.
To become an approved course provider, please go to our online CEC portal and create an account. Once your account has been created, you can apply to become a course provider.

Review and approval of continuing education courses by Department:

Each sponsoring organization must complete a request for approval of continuing education courses.

The Department shall determine the number of credit hours to be awarded for completion of the course.

Requests for advance approval of courses must be received by the Department no less than 30 days prior to the anticipated starting date of the course.

Requests for approval of courses already held must be received prior to December 31 of the calendar year in which the activity was presented.

The fee for course submissions is $75 (non-refundable) per application.
