Effective March 9, 2024, many of the Wage and Hour rules were repealed when the Department adopted various parts of Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) in effect as of October 27, 2023. To aide in the transition, below you will find some resources available to help identify the previous administrative rules numbers, the new administrative rule numbers, and the corresponding CFR. We have also provided the specific parts of the CFR adopted.
